It’s been a long time since I made a new post, hopefully you guys weren’t too worried!
I got into cross country about two weeks ago and my first run was pretty bad; I couldn’t breathe through my mouth and nose, and I was abt to die. Well, thankfully I left first class and went home, but I wanted to do it again because I love running and the feeling of it after ur done. My mom was upset, because of how I was crying and stuff when I did my first run, but she was ok with it after a day, #LOL.
I came back two days after that, it was very hard physically and mentally, but I liked it and came back. I made it on the team, #YAY, but it’s still hard. I hope I get used to it and not pass out. I almost left again because I had, girl cramps if you know what I mean. I just had to sit down and it helped, but now that I think abt it i don’t even know if it was those cramps. I have class today again, im not a fast runner but it’s not about how fast you go, it’s how far you ran. So that’s good. Hopefully I don’t leave again lol (:
